The following is our return policy on most products. Some of our products have a different return policy, in which case it will be stated on the page with the product.

If you need to return an item, please email for specific instructions. We must be notified of returns no later than 30 days from the date you received your order. Unless the item you are returning is damaged or the incorrect color/size, you will be required to cover the shipping costs. If it is a bedding product (mattress, pillows, sheets etc.) and it has been opened, (plastic cover) it cannot be returned.

Skin care products cannot be returned after opened.
